This is it. The final Threat article. After five long weeks, we have finally arrived at the AFC team that Vegas deems most likely to derail our attempt at the first ever threepeat. Outside of a repeat of the 2023 Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49ers, the Ravens are seen as the Chiefs biggest rival this season, and the AFC’s best chance at another team representing them in the Super Bowl.
The Baltimore Ravens were last seen losing 17-10 in the 2023 AFC Championship game to the Kansas City Chiefs. There were several memorable moments in that game. The first play I always think of is L’Jarius Sneed punching the ball out of Zay Flowers hand on the one inch line, right before he would have scored a touchdown. There was, of course, NFL’s #1 ranked play of all of 2024, Lamar Jackson’s pass that was tipped back to him, and which he caught and ran for 13 yards.
